Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine – Brand Identity and Web Experience
Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine reimagined its digital and brand presence to reflect the precision and innovation that define its approach to patient care. Working directly with founder Dr. Michael J. Crovetti Jr., I guided the redesign that connected the practice’s growing offices and its Surgical Recovery Suites within a unified, modern identity. The new website introduced an intuitive way for patients and families to access information, complete documentation, and prepare for appointments, creating a more confident, informed, and engaging experience for everyone involved in the care process.
Role & Scope
As Digital Creative Director, I defined the visual direction, user experience, and technical structure for Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine’s online presence. Partnering closely with Dr. Michael J. Crovetti Jr. and key staff, I designed and built a platform that brought together the practice and its Outpatient Surgical Recovery Suites, building on their commitment to patient care in the digital space. My responsibilities spanned brand strategy, user experience, information architecture, and technical development, delivering a web platform that expanded access to information, enhanced engagement, and reinforced trust for patients, families, and staff.

The practice served patients, families, physicians, and referral partners who depended on accurate, easy-to-access information and clear communication. Developing a central, user-focused platform was essential to deliver educational resources, pre-visit documentation, and patient guidance in one dependable, accessible location. The challenge was to create an online experience that embodied the practice’s professionalism and innovation while strengthening connection and confidence across every audience it served.

Developed a comprehensive digital strategy for Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, leading the planning, design, and build of a modern website that advanced the practice’s digital presence. Collaborating with Dr. Michael J. Crovetti Jr. and the team, I designed a user experience focused on patient education, easy access to information and resources, and responsive communication with clinical staff. The re-envisioned site incorporated key resources providing online appointment scheduling, patient forms, educational videos, and directions and location details. The platform was built to be scalable, secure, and easy to manage for long-term performance.
