Outpatient Surgical Recovery Suites – Brand and Web Experience
Outpatient Surgical Recovery Suites introduced Nevada’s first physician-directed post-operative recovery model and required a web presence that defined the facility, care approach, and patient experience in a structured, accessible way. The site was designed to guide patients, families, and caregivers through understanding, preparation, and communication with clinical staff, establishing a digital foundation for the recovery suites and supporting informed decision-making.
Role & Scope
As Digital Creative Director (Web & Marketing), I directed the digital strategy, experience design, and content framework for the website that established how the recovery suites were communicated online. I defined the platform’s structure and patient-engagement pathways, shaping the narrative, visuals, and UX that guided patients and families through expectations and preparation. Collaborated with Dr. Michael J. Crovetti Jr. and clinical staff to ensure the experience aligned with medical accuracy, organizational voice, and the high-touch recovery model behind the suites.
Challenge
The surgical recovery suite model introduced a new standard of post-operative care in Nevada and required a digital platform that defined and conveyed the patient experience, clinical standards, and differentiators from hospital-based recovery settings. The website needed to offer an informative, well-structured introduction to the facility, its medical oversight, and its physician-directed approach to post-surgical care.

Led the planning, design, and development of the first web platform for the Outpatient Surgical Recovery Suites, establishing a digital foundation for patient communication and alignment with Crovetti Orthopaedics’ brand and clinical standards. Architected the site’s structure and content model to introduce the recovery suite experience, outline care standards, and guide patients and caregivers through expectations, preparation, and follow-up. Built a streamlined, scalable platform that reflected the facility’s medical leadership while distinguishing the suites from hospital-based recovery environments.
