Bally Gaming and Systems – Technical Marketing Materials
As the Corporate Webmaster for Bally Gaming and Systems, I expanded my responsibilities to create highly detailed technical marketing materials that supported product, engineering, and marketing teams. Because I was the only team member with the technical capabilities to produce complex system drawings and product diagrams, I designed interface mockups, technical illustrations, and production-ready collateral used by slot directors and casino operators to evaluate new gaming systems and slot machine technologies.
Challenge
Bally Gaming and Systems needed precise, system-level technical materials that could be referenced during evaluations, trade-show presentations, and purchasing discussions. Existing marketing assets focused mainly on high-level product features, leaving a gap in detailed diagrams, platform specifications, and technical illustrations that could communicate the full capabilities and architecture of the company’s gaming systems.
Resolution
I produced a suite of technical brochures, system diagrams, and product illustrations that translated complex platform capabilities into clear, accurate visual materials. These assets provided immediate clarity for product, engineering, and marketing teams, supporting consistent communication of system architecture and platform specifications. The materials were formatted for both digital and print distribution, ensuring teams could present detailed product information across trade shows, evaluations, and internal or external presentations.
