Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. – Digital Marketing Assets

During the transition phase between the Harrah’s and Caesars brands, I played a key role in supporting property-level marketing efforts by producing a wide range of digital assets, including microsites, targeted email campaigns, and promotional digital ads that helped maintain visibility and consistent communication across both organizations. As Web Developer / QA Test Lead, I was part of the team responsible for designing, producing, and testing these deliverables for more than forty properties while ensuring each asset met evolving brand requirements and platform standards. I worked closely with the corporate digital marketing group to adapt content as merger directives shifted and to help maintain cohesion throughout ongoing campaign activity. This work supported dependable and brand-consistent digital communication during a complex organizational transition.

Challenge

The merger between the Harrah’s and Caesars brands created a complex environment where digital marketing assets needed to remain consistent while each property operated with its own priorities and timelines. Marketing teams across more than forty properties required steady support to maintain communication and ensure brand alignment during ongoing organizational changes. The challenge centered on producing accurate, on-brand digital content while adapting to shifting campaign directives and evolving expectations from both organizations.

Resolution

Our digital marketing group established a reliable process for producing, reviewing, and deploying assets that supported property-level campaigns across both brands during the transition period. I played a key role in designing, coding, and QA testing microsites, promotional emails, and digital ads while ensuring each asset met brand guidelines and rendered correctly across platforms. Close collaboration with the corporate digital marketing team allowed us to adjust content quickly as merger directives shifted, which kept communication consistent and supported ongoing promotional activity for more than forty properties.
